Shipping policy

PRVL ships across India. Every order is prepaid, so it's ready to go as soon as it's confirmed.

Prepaid orders only

We accept prepaid orders using the payment methods shown at checkout (such as UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). Cash on delivery is not available.

Delivery time and charges

The shipping charge, if any, and an estimated delivery date for your PIN code are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also follow it on our Track Your Order page.

Damaged or wrong item?

Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free pickup and a replacement or full refund. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
